Gary Hunt, former Cardiff County Councillor and member of the Planning Committee, will speak at the Campaign's February meeting on the topic of "Cyclists and the Planning Process". There will be an opportunity afterwards for questions.
With large developments such as St David's Phase 2, the former Arjo Wiggins site at Ely, and the AWE site at Llanishen in the offing, this is an opportunity for cycling campaigners to find out how we might best exploit Section 106 Planning Gain.
