My DNA Haplotype test

Back

I have registered my DNA Haplotype test on both 'Y-Base' http://www.ybase.org/ and also 'Y-search' http://www.ysearch.org/

Each DNA testing house has its own selections of markers.  I have provided a cross reference below between companies of my results.  I have had a Y-SNP test and found to be in Haplogroup R1b3*, which happens to be one of the more common groups for Western Europe.

According to Family Tree DNA, the markers in red have been observed to have a faster-than-average mutation rate, and therefore these markers are very helpful at splitting lineages into subsets or branches within a family tree.
