Band visit to Woodbridge
Sunday 28th June 09

Band at Woodbridge

The band had a great time at Woodbridge (Captain Trish Tazzini-Lloyd) leading the Sunday Morning Service, and following lunch, gave a varied programme of music at a bandstand in Elmhurst Park.

Band Campaign in the Villages
May 09

The Senior Band spent a very successful day witnessing in the Villages. Conducting the Morning Service at Lavenham Corps, following lunch provided by the Corps, travelled to the Village of Debenham, where in the afternoon, held an open air concert at a Fete, (Held on farm grounds) which was attended by over 1,000 people. The band presented a mixture of music including Hymn tune requests.
Following this, we went to the United Reformed Church at Debenham, where a 'Song of Praise' was held, which was well attended, the church being nearly full. The band again presented items and accompanied the singing. It was a inspirational day, with both Lavenham & Debenham saying
'please come again'.
