| lying here | a melodious little number that sounds a bit like it was recorded at the bottom of a well or in the bath. Vaguely reminiscent of The Stone Roses at its start in that they liked playing things backwards too. Only they did it better of course. |
| stars & tress & strawberry fools | a bit wet but heart felt and pleasant enough acoustic number. Originally recorded 3 years ago at Radio Bailrigg Studios, Lancaster University, but given a fresh lick of paint here. |

| all your signals leave me blind | a song for those who suspect they're not destined to ever quite get a grip on it all. |
| oh tragic pig | the fourth attempt to try and record this song correctly (the lyrics of which were written by Victorian Mechanoid) moves away from its acoustic origins and in doing so loses some of its original charm but gains a frantic edge and an interesting clanging noise. |
