| In line with recommendations in Lifesavers Child Protection
Policy the promoters of this event request that any person
wishing to engage in any form of Video or Photography (including
mobile phone and/or laptop technology) should register their
name and address with the event organiser (Broadway and
Failsworth Life Saving Club) before carrying out any such
photography. |

| The promoter reserves the right of entry to this event and
reserves the right to decline entry to any person who is unable
to meet or abide by the promoters conditions. |

- IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL SESSIONS BEGIN PROMPTLY.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.

- A small number of wetsuits (for the younger members) can
be borrowed, for a small returnable charge, from the club on
a first come first served basis.
|
- Wetsuits can also be borrowed and returned to Debdale on
the day. You will have to provide your own for Fleetwood.
|
- DO NOT ENTER THE WATER UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY YOUR
TRAINER/EXAMINER
|
- APPROPRIATE CLOTHING MUST BE BROUGHT FOR EACH SESSION.
|
- SUITABLE FOOTWEAR MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
|
- RISK ASSESSMENT – PLEASE DO NOT ‘TURN UP’ ON THE DAY AS
PLACE NUMBERS ARE LIMITED. PLEASE COMPLETE AN APPLICATION
FORM AND RETURN TO THE CLUB BY 31 JANUARY 2007.

- PLEASE NOTIFY THE CLUB IF YOU INTEND TO USE A CAMERA, VIDEO,
MOBILE PHONE OR LAPTOP [WITH CAMERA/VIDEO TECHNOLOGY] .
