John Thomas Whiter 1866


Have a note about the childen of Thomas Whiter and Louisa Cole,where a John is born abt 1866 and an Eliza abt 1870 in Bethnal green/Haggerston area.

I don't know who my John Whiter’s family was, but it appears he was born in Bethnal Green c 1866.
He married Frances Harms in 1886
        BMDs     1886 Q4 Poplar 1 c 1159  John Thomas Whiter
                                               married Frances Catherine Harms

and they came to Australia, had two children, then returned to the UK and had another. John was a bricklayer so maybe the conditions in Queensland where they came, were too hot for them.
