Cadets
On the Cadet racing front we have finished a very well supported Brannam series which was a little frustrating due to unsuitable weather the results are as follows.

The Pelican series raced over a week in August was again well supported with 20 boats being raced in superb weather conditions. the results being in doubt until the last lap of the last race.

The Sea Dog Trophy presented by Pam Gott was this year awarded to Rosanna Jury for the way she keeps her dad under control in the Spitfire.
We shall be preparing for a Dinghy Instructors course in the spring by holding pre-assesment sessions in September and October, and the RYA have agreed to fund a Racing Coach/ Catamaran Instructors course on the 16^th to 18^th November for 6 Instructors.
