We have a 3 bedroom holiday cottage to let on the outskirts of Falmouth, within easy reach of the Cornish Coastal Path in a superb rural location. The cottage is fully equipped to the highest standard to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. It consists of a spacious lounge/dining room with doors onto a sunny patio and garden area, fully fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room with 2’ 6”beds, bathroom with bath and shower, and a ground floor cloakroom/WC.

The property comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher and colour TV/DVD player. The cottage is located on a purpose built complex set in a wooded valley,with outstanding prize winning gardens. It is located a couple of miles outside Falmouth, close to many National Trust properties and other tourist attractions such as Trebah Gardens, the National Seal Sanctuary and the National Maritime Museum. It is within easy walking distance of Swanpool and Maenporth beaches.
