Left: Katerina, Grafin von Ulmfeld. A Bavarian noblewoman who lends assistance to the cause of the Second Compact.

Centre: Ruprecht, Freiherr von Schleissen. An Austro-Hungarian Diplomat currently appointed as Consul-Extraordinary to the Rhineland Principalities.

Right: Lady Power Campbell (nee O'Donohue). An Anglo-Irish Dilletante traveller. Along with Captain Kenneth Campbell of the 42nd Regt. of Foot (The Black Watch) of the British army. Currently a military equerry to H.R.H The Prince of Wales.

Left:  Major Maximilliam von Strom of the Furst Schwarzenberg Uhlan Regt. of the Imperial and Royal Austro-Hungarian Army. Presently assigned as Military Aide to the Freiherr von Schleissen.

Centre:  Miss Annalise Gerhart. The daughter of a great Austrian scientist who is a close friend of the Freiherr von Schleissen. Miss Gerhart follows in her father's footsteps.

Right: Herr Jurgen Scheuringer. A Bavarian-born official of the Interior Ministry of the Grand Duchy of Homburg.

Left: Lady Louisa Fitzgerald (another dilletante traveller!) examines the Freiherr von Schleissen's stereographic picture collection.

Centre: Miss Marie-Louise LeBrun (cousin of the French Inventor of the steam-powered apple peeler (& corer), Louis LeBrun.) working on her embrodiery.

Right: Captain Kenneth Campbell prepares to manfully stride out.

Left: Miss Annalise Gerhart. and Frau Elsa Berg (Magican and Nurse of the Order of Cassandra)  discussing some great point of literature.
