The Grand Duchy Of Mittelrhein.
This nation was set up during the Congress of Vienna in 1816. Sadly for the rulers of the Mittelrhein, it was a compromise between opposing factions and has never truly been accepted by anyone internationally. The ordinary people also seem to ignore the state's existence, prefering to involve themselves with more local matters.
