The Archbishop-Electorate Of Trier-Saarland.
The last church controlled state in the Rhinelands. The Archbishop has maintained his power largely with the support of the old Imperial nobility (i.e. those of the now gone, Holy Roman Empire). This has led to their position being strengthened and so this state is still very much in the grip of feudalism. One other key thing to note is that since the Archbishop of Trier had an argument with the local Preceptor of the Knights-Templar, that order is banned from operating anywhere in the state under pain of death!
