Since 1997 I have been researching my family history. I have mainly traced my direct descendants on my fathers side of the family.
To date I have been able to trace my descendants back to 1677. The last 5 generations have come from the Newbury area in Berkshire, England. They lived in various villages on the banks of the River Kennett in Berkshire and were millers or bakers.
