Name: Christopher Treadwell Date: 28/12/3 Comment: Oliver, Ever since my conception, my parents have played wonderful music, in part, to enrich my life. Among the music I have heard (many times! :-) are your wonderful CDs. When I was getting ready to be born, (while my mom was in labor) we listened to Heaven's Isle, and Chakras, among other music in the classical, "new age", and contemporary piano music genres. It really helped us relax a lot during those many hours... This Christmas, again, we played your music, just because it's beautiful and it makes my whole family feel good! Thanks for adding your positive spirit to our holidays. I also enjoy your work with Clive, especially Jabberwocky. I like to stand between the speakers and listen to all the wonderful music, and if you can believe it, I even dance a little bit! Well, my parents say it looks more like I'm trying to surf, but I'm still having fun! I do treasure my personally autographed Hound CD (((-: That's another fun CD!!! My parents and I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas, and we all look forward to a very Happy New Year, fulfilling many of our goals! Take care, Christopher Treadwell (and my parents Bruce and Maria)

Name: Maria Lucia Treadwell Country: Brazil/USA Date: Mon Sep 10 19:15:30 2001 Comment: I've been reading some of the reviews and also comments about Oliver's work and it seems that everybody insists on comparing him with Rick Wakeman. Of course that we can't avoid comparing, but it seems that people almost want to say that Oliver isn't original, that he only get Rick's tunes and combines them in a new order. Come on, people, the STYLE is the same and it has been happening with classical music (and I consider Oliver, Rick and many others, classical composers). If you listen to Rossini's overture of "The Barber of Seville" you will say "well, it could have been composed by Mozart, it could well be a Mozart's song. So what? That's what makes music special! One composer inspires the other, folk tunes are used in a new and creative way (Tchaikovsky was very criticized during his time because he used to "stole" folk songs and insert them in his works. That's the quality of the real genious!!! Oliver doesn't copy Rick, he has a similar style, a style that we certainly love

Name: Debbie Ann Spoon Country: USA Date: Tue Jan 11 10:31:23 2000 Comment: I have been a fan of Rick Wakeman since I was 13. 25+ years. I was raised a Sothern Baptist in Arkansas and I never knew he was Baptist (there don't seem to be too many of us).It was such an honor and a pleasent surprise to see him and Adam perform at my home church, Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego, CA in 1997. Recently I have been seeing documentarys of my favorite Rock'N'Roll stars on a cable TV music station and most stories, if not all, are pretty horrifying.
