Residential Training Camp
Systema UK and Russian Martial Arts Northwest are joining forces to provide a unique training opportunity.
Between the 19th and 21st August 2005 we will be holding our first annual training weekend. This will be an opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the system and cover subjects not usually available during regular classes.
The venue, Bispham Hall, Orrel, near Wigan, is a 60 acre site with accommodation and full facilities. Places are strictly limited and can be booked through the Systema UK website.
Subjects that will be covered are as follows
DEFENCE IN AND AROUND VEHICLES
WORKING ON UNEVEN TERRAIN
KNIFE DEFENCE AND THROWING
GUN DEFENCE (USING AIRSOFT)
COMBAT PT AND TEAM EVENTS
USING THE STICK AS A WEAPON
LECTURES ON THE LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OF SELF DEFENCE
WORKING IN LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS
IMPROVISED WEAPONS

The price for the seminar is £100 for Systema UK and Russian Martial Arts Northwest members and £120 for non-members.
