Fitness Training:
Wednesdays starting 21st July (with
Julian Bills) meet in far car park by pitches at 7.00 to 8.30pm. All club
levels (men & ladies) are welcome.
Ladies only fitness training Saturdays 17th
and 24th July, 11am-1pm, meet in carpark by pitches
Pitch Training:
Ladies: August: Wednesdays starting 4th
August, 18.45-19.45. Be ready to start
the warm up at 18.30. All teams will be
training together on the new pitch during August. Fitness 19.45-20.45.
Sept March: Wednesdays
3rds & 4ths will
train 18.45-20.15
1st & 2nds will train
at 20.15 21.45 (with fitness session from 19.00-20.00)
Men: August: Wednesdays starting 4th
August 19.00- 21.00 (pitch time 19.45-20.45) All club levels training together
for August.
Sept March: Tuesdays from 31st August
1st & 2nds
team will train 19.15 21.45 (pitch time 19.45-21.45)
Other teams will train
19.45-21.15.
Juniors: Sunday morning youth training starts
12th September 2004
U11: 10.45-12.15 and
U13/14: 10.45-12.45.
Fixtures
Start date for fixtures for Ladies and Mens teams: Saturday
4th September 2004. See
website towards end of August for full season fixtures. Fixture booklets will be printed and
available in September.
You will be contacted by team captains regarding the first
weekend fixture, some teams may not have a fixture on the first weekend.
