For recording my music and backing tracks. I use Tracktion 2&3 Audio and Midi software.
Gibson Les Paul Special with P100 pickups - I,ve not had this too long. After about 20 years i thought it was about time to have another Les Paul, but i didn't fancy the weight of the standards and customs etc. I got this through E-bay and it has a few dings here and there, but its realy quite a nice guitar, with a slab body and ribcage cut away.

Laney VC15 - 1 X 10 all valve combo just in case that small pub gig with a blues band should ever turn up. I also use it to noodle around at home

Nadine bass guitar- Back in the 80's, i bought this in a sale from a shop in london called Allbang & Strummit for £99. as far as i am aware there were only 18 imported into the country, 12 white models and 6 black. It has a great neck especially for a guitarist with small digits, but i changed the pickups to Bartolini.

Breedlove AC25/SM Accustic - There's not much to say about this - just a good guitar, nice and easy to play. I use it now and again, usually at home and the very occasional acoustic gig.

Fender California Series Tele - Though this has the 9.5 radius somehow it doesn't feel uncomfortable; the neck shape seems to fit my hands better than the C/S strat. I've installed another pickup in the middle position as the guitar originally came with the strat pickup in the neck position. The pickups are Seymour Duncan Classic stacks, neck and middle the bridge pickup is a Vintage stack and a 500ohm volume pot. I've changed the bridge from six saddles to 3 brass compensated saddles and ashtray plate by Trevor Wilkinson and achieved a vast improvement in tone.
Seagull S6 Folk. - I've had this over 20yrs, it's a very light weight guitar, its not very easy to play though. I've added a Fishman rare earth sound hole pickup
Fender Japan 62 re-issue stratocaster- I bought this after becoming dissatisfied with a maple neck American California series strat that i had. a good friend of mine has told me that my 62 is very much like an original 1960 powder blue strat he had....Anyway, i much prefer the vintage 7.2 neck radius than the most recent offerings from Fender, and as i have fairly small hands this suits me just fine. I've installed a Callaham steel tremolo block to improve the tone and sustain, and a set of Kinman traditional MK-II pickups, no 60 cycle hum.
