How to book
New Companies may apply to Participate in Stedfast Camp by sending an email to the Convenor by clicking here.
BB and GB forms to be used are available by clicking on this link.
Bookings for Camp 2010 (Chideock, 7th to 14th August)
Companies may send deposits to our Treasurer by January 2010 or as agreed at the Camp 2009 AGM to be held in November.
The following forms are used for information and booking:
Stedfast Camp 2010 Brochure for Companies (to be printed and distributed)
Stedfast Camp Deposit Booking Form (for Companies to send their names and deposits)
Stedfast Camp Balance Payment Form (to send their remaining balance in)
