LOAN OF STEDFAST CAMP GENERATOR

1. ASSET
a) Stedfast Camp owns an Unleaded 4 stroke petrol generator which is kept in the Quartermaster's Store and is for use at Stedfast Camp to power lighting and refrigeration equipment.
b) The Generator will be loaned with two unleaded petrol cans (green plastic).
c) The running time for the generator is 3 hours on one fill of unleaded petrol.

2. LOAN ARRANGEMENT
a) The Generator is available for free loan from Stedfast Camp member Companies by arrangement with the Quartermaster.
b) Companies have to arrange collection and return to the QM Stores at their own cost.
c) Petrol and lubricants will not be supplied.
d) The Generator has to be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

3. DAMAGE
a) All damages will need to be paid for by the Company concerned.
b) The replacement value of the Generator is £140.00 at 2008 prices.
