QUARTERMASTER STORES

a) All items of hardware and non-perishable food items with a shelf-life of 12 months or more shall enter and leave the Quartermaster's Stores.

b) The QM Store is held in Bath under the supervision of the 2nd Bath Company, when at camp, the QM Store is relocated to the annual camp and is in the charge of the Quartermaster and Cook.

c) All items shall be shown on the Camp Inventory and Assets shall be priced and depreciated on the account for replacement or disposal.

d) The Stedfast Camp Petrol Generator shall be made available to hire by Member Companies at no cost. However, the generator shall need to be collected from and returned to the QM Store by arrangement with the Quartermaster at the Company's own cost. the loan will not cover the cost of fuel. Any damage to the generator shall be recovered from the hirer. The generator is only to be used by the BB or GB Company and its use is to be in accordance with the operating and maintenance instructions. [AGM 2007]
