QUARTERMASTER (QM)

1. The QM is the next senior member of staff to the CO [excluding the Camp Convenor who has authority from the Camp Council Executive].

2. The QM will deal with all matters regarding purchasing of victuals and equipment for Stedfast Camp, having control of the QM Stores and managing the QM Team at camp.

3. At Camp, the QM may be brought in to confer with the CO regarding issues and problems regarding the campsite and menu's and may call upon the assistance or opinion of the Camp Organiser or the Executive.

4. The QM (and/or CO) will advise the Camp Organiser of any outcome in all matters of urgency or seriousness.

5. The QM is the focal point to answer questions regarding the cookhouse and cook.
