THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
What it does: Manage!

1. The Committee comprises of Companies that have each agreed to underwrite Stedfast Camp by the amount of £250.00 each. The Captains of those Companies form the "Management Committee" as they are major shareholders.

2. The Committee have the power to make and change all constitutional, policy, rules and financial decisions affecting Stedfast Camp in consultation with their Officers.

3. The Committee will meet as and when they decide to discuss any management aspect of Stedfast Camp and will deliberate any recommendation coming from their Officers.

4. They reserve the right to make the following appointments, directing the Organiser/Convenor to make the necessary arrangements. This will be notified to attendees at the AGM.

• Organiser/Convenor
• Treasurer
• Commanding Officer
• Quartermaster

5. Their authority has been delegated to

• The Commanding Officer - to lead the week's camp and prepare for it, liaising with the Convenor.
• The Convenor - to organise almost every aspect of camp and to ensure that camp is 100% ready at day one.
• The Treasurer - to handle all financial matters, write cheques and provide balance sheets and audited accounts
• The Quartermaster - to manage the QM Budget, provisions and stores as delegated by the Treasurer and to provide a balance sheet and receipts to the Treasurer after the close of camp.
• The Chaplain - as appointed by the Organiser to undertake duties as per terms of reference - to plan and prepare the camp's theme - liaising with the Convenor and the CO as necessary

6. They may wish to delegated the following job holders to select and appoint their own Assistants (with prior agreement by the Committe and notification to the Convenor):

• Cook = Assistant Cook
• Quartermaster = Assistant Quartermaster
• Treasurer = Assistant Treasurer

7. Company Captains also have responsibility for their Company leaders and members and may voice opinion and make decisions regarding their Company members.
