WELCOME! The Leicester Operatic Players are an amateur operatic group drawing members from in and around Leicester and Leicestershire. We perform operettas / musicals each March or April at Leicester's Little Theatre, currently alternating between Gilbert & Sullivan and other light opera composers such as Offenbach and Strauss. We also put on small and large concerts, raise money for local charities, and generally have an active social diary! In the last few years, groups from the Players have taken part in music festivals and events in places as varied as Banbury, San Francisco, North Wales and Philadelphia.

We are always pleased to welcome new members - please click here for more information if you are interested in joining us for the 2007/08 season. Rehearsals will start in September 2007.

Next production – “MY FAIR LADY” - April 2008

Tickets for “My Fair Lady” will be on sale in early 2008
