Mail Order Terms and Conditions
Orders may be placed by post (using the printable order form), telephone or email. Payment may be made using most major credit cards or cheque. However, if paying by credit card and ordering by email, please do not send your card details via email. We will send you an invoice via Paypal for online payment..Telephone and email orders over £50.00 must be confirmed in writing prior to despatch.
All orders are dealt with as soon as they are received and we aim to despatch within 7 days of receipt. However, some items may take up to 28 days, so please be patient. All offers are subject to stock availability. Any price changes will be notified prior to despatch.
If paying by cheque please cross make your cheque payable to: 'Planet Pa Kua', and write you full name and address on the back along with the card number and expiry date. Please note we do not accept non-sterling cheques, cash or money orders.
UKPost & Packing - please add £1.50 for first item and 50p for each additional item. Orders over £50 are post free. If you are ordering tumblestones with other items they will be sent post free, otherwise please add 10p for each stone to total cost.
If you ordering for delivery outside the UK please email for postage & handling costs.

All measurements given are approximate. Some items may differ slightly from pictures shown. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any goods supplied, simply return them to us within 14 days and we will be happy to refund your payment or replace your goods. If returning goods please remember to package securely and obtain proof of posting.
All customers are welcome to visit the shop at any time. The shop is open Tuesday - Saturday 11.00am - 6.30pm and Sundays in December 12 noon to 4.00pm.
