DOSAGE: One green tablet (150mg 3TC, 300mg AZT, 300mg abacavir) twice a day.
CHILDREN: Not currently licensed for use in children but syrups for each of the separate drugs are available.
TIPS ON TAKING: Try to take the doses twelve hours apart. Take with or after food to reduce nausea. Anti-nausea drugs may be used up-front.
