Clarice Cliff Original Bizarre Bowl

An Original Bizarre bowl by Clarice Cliff.

It has the traditional triangles on the top and superb banding on the outside.

The backstamp is the rarer, large Hand Painted Bizarre by Clarice Cliff Newport Pottery. This piece dates from about 1928-1929.

It has no restoration, chips or cracks, just some wear to the paint which can be seen clearly in the pictures.
