Orders
We try to recycle packaging to keep costs down, hence shipping is normally just the cost of the postage.
For UK orders, please add 75p for the first small item then an extra 25p per small item, £2.00 for the first large item then an extra £1.00 per large item, £10.00 per cookie jar.
Insurance within the UK is 75p for orders up to £27, £3.00 for orders over £27.
For international orders, please ask for a shipping quote, stating whether you want airmail or surface mail. As a rough guide, airmail to the US is £1.25 per 100g (3.5oz).
Insurance outside the UK is £3.30 for orders up to £27, by arrangement for orders over £27. If you order via this internet site, please wait for an e-mail to know your order is confirmed as we may occasionally be awaiting a delivery ourselves.
Goods may be collected by arrangement.

 Payment Terms
Payment may be made by cheque, PayPal, Bidpay, Nochex, cash (at your own risk) or bank/SWIFT/wire transfer.
Please arrange PayPal payments via telephone or e-mail.
No goods shall leave our offices until payment has been made.
