Exit impedance in accordance with IEC61000-4-6, ie 150 ohms +60 -45 ohms over the frequency range 30 to 230MHz, and extended to +150 -75 ohms from 230 to 1000MHz.

Manufactured as required for any user-specified flexible cable of up to 5mm outside diameter.

Packaged in a metal box 160 x 100 x 50mm intended to be bolted onto chamber filter plate.

Cable-mounted interface connectors are required but not included in the basic price.

Differential-mode attenuation is less than that of a 4m length of the users cable.

Common-mode attenuation between 150 ohm terminations:

> 40dB from 10 to 500MHz and

>20dB from 150KHz to 1GHz.

16X2 Clamped duct filter

For up to two user-installed and easily exchangeable cables, one <6.5mm outside diameter and the other <10mm o/d. Packaged in a two-part metal duct 610 x 60 x 30mm intended to be bolted onto chamber wall or floor.

Differential-mode attenuation is that of an 0.61m length of the user’s cable.

Common-mode attenuation between 150 ohm terminations > 20dB from 30 to 1000MHz.

16X3 Clamped duct filter

For up to three user-installed and easily exchangeable cables, one <13mm outside diameter and the others <10mm o/d. Packaged in a two-part metal duct 610 x 100 x 35mm intended to be bolted onto chamber wall or floor.

Differential-mode attenuation is that of an 0.61m length of the user’s cable.

Common-mode attenuation between 150 ohm terminations > 20dB from 30 to 1000MHz.
