This site is dedicated to Wilmslow Chess Club and is aimed at all chess enthusiasts living in the Stockport, Wilmslow, Macclesfield area of South Manchester, UK.

Wilmslow Chess Club meets on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm during the months of October through to March at the Ship Inn, Styal for friendly games in an informal atmosphere. We compete in division 3 (of 3) of the Stockport Chess League and our BCF grades range between 50 and 110.

Wilmslow Chess Club aims to provide a sociable venue close to Wilmslow for any chess players of any age or standard to enjoy head to head games and optionally improve their standard and increase their enjoyment through participation in competition.
