Stance Exercise - Close






Recover into a natural ready stance facing the front otta by stepping back with the left foot (Fig. 20).
Step right foot to left into a V stance. The hands and arms should hang naturally on the anterio-lateral aspect of the thighs (Fig. A).

Bow (Fig. B)
Finish standing in the V stance with the hands and arms hanging naturally on the anterio-lateral aspect of the thighs (Fig. C).
