Bridging Exercise - Sequence 8





Now, step with the left foot behind and around so that you can turn counter clockwise through 225 degrees to face the front right of the training area in a left foot forward tiger stance. At the same time, as you turn, present the right open hand forwards as a cover and then effect an overarm bridge from on top of the right arm with the left open hand. The right hand assumes a cover position inside the left forearm (Fig. 31).
Step forwards with the right foot towards the front left otta into a right foot forward tiger stance. At the same time, present the right open hand forwards as a cover and then effect an overarm bridge from on top of the right arm with the left open hand. The right hand assumes a cover position inside the left forearm (Fig. 32).
