I’ve shuffled the Leagues around a little so that we have eleven teams in Div 2,3 and 4. Long Ashton have renamed as Long Ashton Frys and entered a second team into Div 4 Long Ashton Frys ‘A’

North Somerset have entered into div 4. Robinsons have also entered another team into Div 4. Robinsons ‘C’. Mid Somerset ‘A’ and Somerset Gryphons ‘B’ have dropped out of Div 4

RESULTS
Once again, a reminder that both teams need to notify the Divisional Secretary and the Secretary (for the Web) within 72 hours of the game being played by email preferably).
Late results will result in the offending team losing 1 point. Unless there is good reason 3 points will be deducted from the offending team for matches not played and a 5-0 walkover given to the opposition. This will be reflected in the leagues as soon as possible after the walkover is given.
Where the offending team is the away team , they will be responsible for reimbursing the home club with pitch costs.

Non associated clubs need to become associate members of the West of England Association. Cost £40.
Currently Bristol Indians are associates and all other Clubs are associated
DISCIPLINE
Any disciplinary matters should be reported initially to the Divisional Secretary and then the Chairman/Secretary if there is a dispute.

Club contacts will not be put on the web site because of possible email abuse.
ENTRY FEES
The meeting agreed to increase the entry fee for each team to £10 for those clubs attending the meeting and £20 for those not attending.
