As the name of the site infers, I'm a Scot living in Somerset. I've lived in various parts of the Westcountry for more than 20 years now.........in fact longer than I lived in Scotland, but I've still got my accent and a love for my homeland. You can also infer from the navigation bar, the nature of some of my pastimes.

The purpose of the site is to record memories and images..........nothing more. It 's really a miscellany of things and you might find some nuggets in here which intrigue, entertain or educate so I hope you find it of interest.
