This is a friendly family run business that was established in 1990. Digital television with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities provided in all three guest bedrooms - family - double - single. The family room has a double and a single bed so may be used as a twin room. 
Guest rooms are all on the ground floor of our extended dormer bungalow, beside the A390 at:
Tywardreath Highway, Par, Cornwall, PL24 2RW.

We are less than 2 miles from the Eden Project, 2 miles to the coast path and the nearest beaches. The Saints Way is nearby, half a mile to the beautiful unpublicised Luxulyan Valley.
Proximity (miles) to: Charlestown 4, Lanhydrock 4, Fowey 5, St Austell 5, Helligan 10, Newquay Airport 18.
Par Station is less than 2 miles, has mainline rail as well as Newquay branch line. Free pick up and drop off available.
Want to walk or cycle? Stay one night and park your car for free on site for as long as it takes.

Terms for 2009 and 2010 early bookings:
Double room £25 per person per night. Family / twin room £25 per person per night.
Single room £30 per night. Third adult sharing family room half price.
No charge for infants below one year of age.
Children - pre-teens half price.
Weekly rate: Seven nights for the price of six.
