John Thomas Edgar Kean

Born 1st February 1867 in Calton, Glasgow, Scotland

He married in 1890 in Cardiff to Frances (Fanny) Ellen Grimes born 1866 in Southampton. Frances shown in photo on left.

Frances had a brother Arthur born 1862 in Portsmouth and her Mother Charlotte born 1829 in Portsmouth. In 1881 she was a Laundress and they lived at No 7 Paget Street, St Marys, Southampton Hampshire.

In 1901 John was a docks labourer.
