This release was probably conceived due to the success of the Jazz
Cafe Live album. In November 2000 Mark played a week at the Jazz Cafe and
around half a dozen gigs around the UK and finished off on his native turf, on
the Isle of Wight. This time the band line was reduced to four including Mark,
his brother Nathan on guitar, Lynden Connah on keyboards and Gary Husband on
drums.
As can be seen from the set list, there were a few old gems included on
this tour. These were requested by the fans via Mark's web site, who asked them
to vote on their favourite five tracks which they would like to see live. Sadly
left out on this CD was the old instrumental classic "88" and the
funky "Hot Water".
