A BIG thank you to all
those who made Saturday's annual event such a wonderful day.
Jon and I have attended
for a good few years now and have always enjoyed them, but we
are agreed that this year's was one of the best. All the speakers
were excellent, really interesting, and all the talks were delivered
without notes, on very varied topics. I could have listened to
each of them for at least twice their allotted times. The entertainment
was brilliant, music, song and an amazing broom dance.
Lunch also deserves a
mention! Excellent food and a big treat for we veggies who had
a huge amount of delicious dishes to choose from.
To all those members
who stayed away, I can only say you missed a fabulous day!!!
Make sure you all come next year!!!
