The ROMs are the core of any computer. They store all the information needed to run a computer. The Amiga ROMs include a few core system libraries, to allow you to access the Amiga DOS prompt without needing a Workbench disk. They also scan your Amiga for Expansion cards, and automatically give them all the required resources and hardware interupts.
