We use  2 Haas Vertical Machining Centers that work 24hrs a day if necessary  producing a vast range of often very complex components in a wide range of materials. Using a combination of creative programming and clever fixturing , quick setups and fast cycle times can be achieved , allowing us  to produce  from prototype to volume production in a cost effective competitive manner.
