Mission Statement

At Trade Price Cosmetics we aim to deliver quality cosmetics at least 50% off High Street retail prices. We wish to provide people with an opportunity to experiment with different brands and products sold at reasonable prices.

'TPC' is an abbreviation for "Trade Price Cosmetics"

Purchasing / Ordering

>Products are purchased and distributed via mail order.
 
>An order is defined as up to a maximum of five products.
 
>Discounts and bonuses apply to all orders unless otherwise stated.
 
>On receiving a customer's initial provisional e-mail order, TPC will confirm the availability of the products and e-mail the customer an order form.
 
>The customer is required to print out the form and send it along with a cheque for the correct amount to the address provided.
 
>Cheques must have the buyer's name and address written clearly on the back. Cheques received without this information may not be accepted and the order cancelled. In such cases, cheques will be destroyed or returned at the customer's own expense.
 
>Following the receipt by the customer of the order form, the customer has 5 working days to ensure that the completed form and cheque is received by TPC. Products may not be reserved for more than 5 working days and TPC has the right to cancel the order after this time. The customer will be notified of any cancellations by e-mail. Cheques which are received following a cancellation will be destroyed by TPC or returned to the customer at the customer's own expense. It is recommended that customers cancel such cheques at their banks.
 
>On receipt of the completed order form and cheque, TPC will usually dispatch the products by second class post or recorded delivery. A confirmation will be sent by e-mail that the products have been dispatched.
 
>TPC reserves the right to ensure that cheques are cleared before products are dispatched.
 
>TPC reserves that right to cancel an order at any time prior to products being dispatched.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

>Products which have been used or opened with any product seals broken will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
 
>Goods cannot be returned on the grounds that they are not what thew customer expected. TPC recommends that you are fully familiar with the products prior to purchasing items.
 
>Products which are to be returned, are only deemed as having being returned if they arrive at TPC. TPC accepts no liability for products claimed to have been returned by customers which do not arrive. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in these circumstances. It is strongly recommended that any products returned to TPC are done so by recorded delivery.
 

Products not receivedby the customer

>A claim can only be made if the customer has opted to pay for recorded delivery.
 
>If recorded delivery has been paid and goods have not been received, customers have 10 days from receipt of the dispatch confirmation e-mail sent by TPC to make a claim. Claims can be received by letter or e-mail. In such cases, where such claims are deemed genuine, replacement products will be sent recorded delivery in the first instance. If replacement products are not available, a financial refund will be offered. Customers cannot claim a financial refund in the first instance.
 
>Claims made after 10 days will not be considered
 

E-Mail mailing list

>TPC has the right to remove any member from the e-mail mailing list for whatever reason and disqualify their membership. This includes the loss of any bonuses. It is hoped that this may never happen but could do so if it is felt that the customer is violating the terms or conditions or is not acting reasonably.

Customer Verification

> Customers must give a permanent residential address, and a home telephone number. TPC reserves the right to cancel any orders received without these details being submitted on the form. TPC may phone the customer to verify the order.

Fraud

>Any fraud or attempted fraud committed against this business will be reported to the Police. Civil action for damages may be pursued against any such persons who defrauds or attempts to defraud this business.

Business Name

>Trade Price Cosmetics is a business name but this does not mean that products are sold at trade prices.

Mission Statement

>Trade Price Cosmetics aims to provide cosmetics at least 50% off retail prices. Although this is our aim, it may not always be possible to achieve. Where it is not possible, we ensure that there is always a significant discount to TPC customers.

Liability

>Trade Price Cosmetics accepts no liability for any injury, adverse medical reaction or discomfort associated with the products or the application of the products. The products are Branded named cosmetics and by purchasing, the customer acceptes that no such liability will be placed on TPC. The products are sold and bought on the understanding that TPC will not be held liable under any circumstances. The purchase and application of the products is entirely at the clients own risk. TPC recommends that the client is familiar with the products before purchase.

Introducing a friend

>If a TPC member introduces one or more friends to theTPC mailing list, TPC will reward that member with a 10% discount for any orders received during the month that the friends were introduced.

>PLUS when the friend makes a first order with payment cleared, a 10% discount will be offered to the member who introduced the friend. This discount must be taken at the time of the next purchase.

>A maximum of a 50% discount may be used per order. Any remaining discount will be held over for the next order.

>To register a friend, the current member must e-mail TPC the e-mail address and name of the friend.

>TPC assumes that you have discussed the registration with the friend and that you have their permission to register them with TPC.

Cancellation of membership

>Any person who cancels their membership or is removed from the mailing list by TCP will lose all benefits and built up bonuses. It is at the discretion of TPC to allow the person to rejoin as a member at a future date.

Disputes

>All disputes will be considered fairly and quickly. The decision of TPC is, however, final.
