Scottish Bridge Union (South)

This year the event will be held on Tuesday14th March 2006 at the Loreburn Bridge Club at 7.00pm. Entry fee is £2.50 per person. It will be played as a Howell Movement, if there are more than 18 pairs entered a 3/4 Howell will be used. A minimum of 30 boards will be played.

In 2003 the event will be held at the Loreburn Bridge Club on Thursday 9th February starting at 7.00pm

Entry fee is £2.00 per person.

WIGTOWNSHIRE v SOUTHERN DISTRICT

This annual fixture will be played at a venue to be arranged on Saturday 5th November 2005, starting at 2.15pm

Nomimations to play should be in the hands of the tournament Director by 28th October. We wish to encourage a wide selection of the South District players for the match that is played in a friendly atmosphere, so we will ensure that as many clubs as wish to nominate players will be represented. However, in the event of a surplus of nominations final team selection will be at the discretion of the District President

There is no entry fee, but participation is by invitation only. The Convenor will invite established partnerships to take part. Tea and sandwiches will be provided.
