For my computerised results service I will require the following information

Race Information (ASAP)

• Date of the event
• Closing date for entries.
• Name and number of races within the event.
• Age categories for the event.
• If races are part of any County Championships or other categories
• If team events are included, how many to score in team.
• Team Categories. (male only, female only, mixed male & female).
• Are late entries allowed.
• If late entries are allowed do they count for individual or team prizes in open competition.
• A copy of the entry form.

Pre Race

Before the event I will require the following competitor information on a weekly basis listing :-

• Competitors Race Number. (Preferably in continuous numerical order).
• Competitors Name. (Christian & Surname).
• Competitors Sex
• Competitors Date of Birth or age on race day.
• Competitors Club

Lists containing the above information can be sent via e-mail on 'excel' or 'word' or faxed and alternatively posted copies of the competitors entry form

Race Day

• I will provide timing / position sheets and stopwatches if required (the race organization to provide the personnel).
• I will enter the late entries onto the computer and provide a complete list of all pre race entries as soon as possible before the race start, providing that a closing time for late entries is set 30 minutes before the race start time.
• I will provide a print-out of the time and position of the first 20 competitors to finish. Thereafter I will provide print-outs at regulator intervals.
• Race Organizers to work out their trophy winners.
• When 100 competitors have finished, I will provide a print-our of any teams that have finished.
• When the last competitor has finished, I will provide a full set of results to the Race Director and Race Referee. This will include

    1    Individual Results

    2    Team Results

    3    Race Statistical Report.

    4    Results by age category. (If required)

    5     Results by Club Order. (If required).

Post Race Day

as an extra to the service I can provide :-

1    Display the Results on my web site and provide links to events own web site

2    A set of mailing labels for each competitor (handy for that mail shot next year).

3    Send out a result list in individual order, to those that require them. (Surcharge applicable)

For the second & third items I will require in addition to the above information the name and addresses of all competitors or a copy of the competitor’s entry form.
