- Nike van will be at Stowmarket 7 on 14th
- Nike video system in store on Dec 1st - all
day and night
- Hadleigh 10 - Nov 28th. Forms have been going
fast from the shop so don't miss out on one of the best runs in Suffolk. Its
hilly but its fast and fun too!
- I would like to offer Christmas nights to all
clubs and if you let me know when it would suit you I will do my best to fit
in. I can ask for guest passes into the club if you would like to make it your
club night. Any ideas considered!
Lastly I am still looking for a full time member
of staff (or part time but to include evenings and weekends) If there is
anyone out there or who has a
friend/relative interested please do get in touch.

hello everyone
Pleased to tell you that the spikes are in ready
for Sunday first race of the leagues - Nike Zoom Waffle, Adidas Neptune and
Asics Outback - all well cushioned and protective to give you the grip you
need. The Innovate 8 Flyroc is here too and Ladies trail shoes (sorry still
waiting for men's).
