The Trowse Spring 10k

A new 10k road race (minimum age 15 years) with a certified accurate course; free parking; changing, showering & toilet facilities; full medical support; refreshments; and a free race T-shirt for every pre-entrant.

Prizes:        1st three males; 1st three females

1st M40/M50/M60; 1st F40/F50/F60

(only one individual prize per runner)
