WORDING FOR ENTRY FORMS
All entry forms MUST include the words Under UK:A Rules on all advertisements, programs and printed matter issued in connection with the athletic event; including the SEAA Unique Permit Number and Course Measurement Certificate Logo.
It
is a condition of the permit scheme that all race literature must have
the above information, it
will therefore be necessary for you to apply for you race permit at
least 6 weeks before your print deadline for forms.
It can take 6 weeks for permits to be processed if the
application has to be approved by a County road race committee, sent to
me, processed and posted.
Very
late application may result in the permit not being issued by race day
and the insurance offered by the scheme not being in place.
