Selection for the Inter-County events to be :-
Where the team entry is for 9 runners - first 6 to finish in the County Cross-Country Championships plus 3 Wild Cards
Where the team entry is for 6 runners - first 4 to finish in the County Cross-Country Championships plus 2 Wild Cards
Selection form to be handed to athletes at the finish of each Championship race, by the Team Managers. Forms to be completed and returned to the Team Managers by the Athlete before leaving the Championship Event.
Forms will need to be prepared and issued to the Team Managers prior to the start of the Championship event.
Forms to include details of the Inter-County meeting that the athlete is selected for; name, address and telephone number of the Team Manager. On a 'tear off' section must be details of the athlete; name, address and telephone number, club and acceptance (YES / NO)
