As part of the Eastern Region SPAR Sprints Initiative we are holding a Coaching Day for athletes at Bedford International Athletics Stadium, Barkers Lane, Bedford
on Saturday 15th January 2005
from 10.30a.m. to 4.30p.m.
The Coaching Day is open to all athletes (and their Coaches) who have achieved the following criteria:
Senior/Under 20/Under 17 AAA Grade 4 and above
Under 15 (top year 2005 only) AAA Grade 3 and above
The day will be staffed by SPAR Coaches and the programme will be as follows:
10.30 Welcome
10.45 Warm up
11.00 SAQ / Hurdles work
11.30 Technical Work
12.30 Lunch
1.15 Talk, Video, etc
2.15 Warm up
2.30 Core Stability / Circuits/ Med Ball work
4.00 Warm Down
4.15 Q&A Session & Closure
The cost for the session will be £5.00 per person. No refreshments will be available so you will need to bring food and drink with you.
COACHES are very welcome and please note there is no fee for their attendance. 2 Coaching Credits will be awarded for attendance on this day. Please remember to bring your Passbook.
To book a place please complete the slip below and return by Mon 10th January 2005. Places are limited so book early. No further information will be sent. Please simply turn up on the day for a prompt 10.30a.m. start.
