PLEASE NOTE

 It will help speed and accuracy if you would please submit results as follows.

·         Full category  - male/female and age category (rather than actual age) as at date of first race (Nov 2nd).  For instance I cannot tell from the name whether Utthan Nakarmi is male or female (assumed male) and it seems Nick Boxall is growing younger with time (as he was first given as 17, I assumed he was over age and he may have missed out on a category ranking and team points at Woodbridge - or gained some unfairly at Bury).

·         List runners in finishing order, preferably in separate male and female lists.

·         Write your team on the list (in case I forget).

·         Let me know of any errors or emissions when results first appear on the web (crisharrington@onetel.net.uk).  I can usually make alterations if done before I start compiling for the next race, but won’t guarantee to do so afterwards.

·         You may notice a few changes to points on previous races when this appears due to such errors and emissions (some of them mine it must be said!).
