| Requirements for team members:
At SCEM we are aware of the great responsibility that
we have in sending teams to churches. It is important that team members as a whole, and
members as individuals contribute in a positive manner to local church life. While
prospective team members do not necessarily need to be experienced in outreach activity
they do need to:
- be born again
- fit into a residential team situation
- be willing to work in a variety of outreach activities
- be sensitive to the local situation
- work under the discipline and guidance of House Parents,
Evangelists and Team Leaders.
- be willing to support the outreach in prayer
- be willing to engage in Bible study during the outreach
- be at least 15 years old
- complete an official application form available from the
SCEM Office.
The cost - an astonishing £20 per week inclusive of
meals and accommodation! |
