At first there was Walter Lord's book, and then we had the film of Walter Lord's book, then we had the film about the making of the film of Walter Lord's book, and now we have a book about the making of the film of Walter Lord's book. Do you see a pattern emerging here?

However, I do not feel that this is overkill. Written by Wiliam MacQuitty, who produced ANTR and grew up in Belfast, seeing Titanic launched, this book fills a nice niche in the Titanic Market.

This A4 sized book is profusely illustrated with photographs of behind the scenes and the final film. Intespersed amongst the photographs is text which details the project from it's inception through to selling the finished product to the Americans.

It is nothing too taxing, but quite a nice little booklet. I have a signed copy obtained at a BTS convention, for a possible source I suggest contacting the National Maritime Museum, London.
