Roger Goy created the Wildlife Information Service (now the Wildlife Helpline National Service) in 1990. This voluntary service provides telephone information on all things to do with UK Wildlife, from identification of flora and fauna, location of rare birds, butterflies, animals and flowers through to contact information for specialist charities, organisations and welfare groups. Since 1990 the service has received annual commendations in the Local Environmental Awards and was the individual winner in 1998. Also runner up in Henry Ford Conservation and Environmental Awards 2000. Roger is a well known and respected knowledge base in all things natural. Roger's exposure has included:
